T-0 Launch Day — Go/No-Go Command Center

Purpose

Single live page during launch week. launch-status.yml workflow (once installed per governance/workflows-proposed) posts a fresh Go/No-Go comment here every 30 minutes.

This is the one issue to watch on 2026-04-23. Everyone else can ignore everything else and just follow this thread.

OVERALL=GREEN is the launch-go signal. Anything else = no launch.

Rules for this thread

1. Do not post chatter here. Use severity-tagged sub-issues and reference them.
2. Every RED item must have a comment within 15 minutes naming the owner + ETA.
3. Waivers get a comment with format: WAIVER <gate-id> <reason> <owner> <compensating-control>.
4. Do not close this issue until post-launch week 1 is complete (2026-04-30).
