Summary

classifier_dimensions.dimension_names changed shape in openrouter-web#34898: the cap dropped from 10 to 2 and the multi-name response is no longer the EAV long format.

- dimension_names: max 10; multiple names -> clf_dimension_name / clf_dimension_value columns
+ dimension_names: max 2; two names -> pinned self-joins, cross-grouped, one named column per name
  dimension_names: one name  -> column aliased to that name (unchanged)
  dimension_names: omitted   -> clf_dimension_name / clf_dimension_value, one row per pair

Also documents the input errors the route now returns as 400 (>2 names, duplicate names, name colliding with a reserved metric/dimension alias).
