More than ~384 stalls in tab causes issues

Describe the issue

Having more than about 384 individual buttons in the Shops & Stalls tab (may occur in other tabs as well) causes the game to either freeze or, less commonly, do nothing when one of the buttons is clicked to build a new stall.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the attached park (Forest Frontiers)
2. Open the Object Selection Window
3. Add one or more stalls (2 or more might be required)
4. Try to build a new stall.
