Version 3 rc install script or instructions?

I'm working on LsCs which will eventually become BasisDoctrina. Most of the architectural changes to support the new world order of CUPS have been completed in my branch using Ubuntu 20.04 (our current dev OS). A surprising amount of v3 API is in the version of CUPS installed by default. For my "straddle/conditional" compiles I need to set up a system with v3.x installed as default. I don't want it off to the side creating a maintenance nightmare if humanly possible.

Is there a link to scripts/instructions for installing rc1 on Ubuntu 20.04 (or really any Debian based distro?)
How about PCLinuxOS or Manjaro?

I would like to get all of the printing changes put to bed before moving on to the other major changes in the library.

Version 3.0 has their specific repos - https://github.com/OpenPrinting/libcups/blob/master/INSTALL.md .

Thank you! That is what I was looking for. There are just too many Cups repos, wikis, and documentation sets online.
