Relax Contrains on LiteLLM Dependency

The Ask

We're wondering if it would be possible to relax the dependency of the litellm==1.74.1 to litellm>=1.74.1, <=1.74.9.

Why?

This would allow the joint installation of OpenPipe ART with other packages such as CrewAI or Google ADK which require other versions of LiteLLM.

Ah, now I remember why we pinned it. In later versions of litellm, warnings like these are printed out due to an internal serialization error:

Let me see if I can loosen the constraint while silencing these errors.
