Vor einiger Zeit hat vor allem @mcmpp bei uns die Weiterentwicklung von OpenOlitor gestartet. Dabei haben wir in dieser ersten Phase die Priorität auf die von euch eingebrachten, kleineren Verbesserungen gelegt, um euch mit der eingesetzten Zeit einen möglichst grossen Mehrwert liefern zu können.

Die bisher umgesetzten Änderungen findet ihr hier unten.

Damit sichergestellt werden kann, dass auch nach diesen Ergänzungen alles wie gewohnt läuft und die neuen Funktionen tun wie sie sollten, sind wir auf eure Tests angewiesen!

Wir bitte euch die Rückmeldungen auf die Tests hier in Github zu machen. Entweder gleich in die entsprechenden Issues (Links unten) oder mittels eines neuen Issues. Lieber nicht per E-Mail, sonst kriegen wir ein grosses Durcheinander :)

Wir werden voraussichtlich nach diesen Tests die Version noch nicht gleich in die Produktive Instanzen installieren, sondern die nun folgenden weiteren Anpassungen auch gleich einfügen und dann nach einer zweiten Testrunde in die Produktion gehen. Ihr hört von uns!

  • OpenOlitor/operations#469: The default value when attaching an invoice is true
  • OpenOlitor/operations#468: Changing the name of an additional subscription spread this change on the related entities
  • OpenOlitor/operations#467: Emails were sent with a wrong encoding when attaching an invoice. Emails from now on will keep the right encoding
  • OpenOlitor/operations#453: On the tour definition, only the subscriptions that were active were available to be planned. From now on, the availability is changed to "active" or "in the future"
  • OpenOlitor/operations#426: Aditional field on the project sections for the bank account number
  • OpenOlitor/operations#419: on the user portal, only active additional subscription are now shown
  • OpenOlitor/operations#411: Show contact of participants on the same work assignment. The user has to give permission to share this data.
  • OpenOlitor/operations#362: All emails have a reply-to header. This value can be selected on the mail form for the different sections
  • OpenOlitor/operations#313: Additional subscription items are now displayed on the user's portal
  • OpenOlitor/operations#301: The json object returned for the reports, have now a sorting mechanism. That means that on the query section of openolitor, the order of the columns selected will be respected
  • OpenOlitor/operations#388: The user can create invoices manually with negative values
  • OpenOlitor/operations#379: on the user portal the invoice and work oportunity list displays only 5 items. There is a navigation menu to access the older items.
  • OpenOlitor/OpenOlitor#86: initial messages can now have html syntax and be displayed with images and text. A new text field has been introduced on the project configuration. This field handles html information and it is displayed as a notification on the user portal
  • OpenOlitor/OpenOlitor#58: welcome message appeared multiple times when refreshing
  • OpenOlitor/OpenOlitor#57: Welcome message overflowed the frame on the welcome page
  • OpenOlitor/OpenOlitor#82: on the user portal the price of subscriptions will not be displayed with the periodicity indicator
  • OpenOlitor/OpenOlitor#84: the invitation token validity was fixed at 90 days and the validity of a "forgot password" message to 2h. Those parameter are now available on the configuration file and customizable by instance on installation
  • OpenOlitor/OpenOlitor#83: the delivery reports are now ordered by kunden description
