CALIBRATE_PROBE_Z_OFFSET macro calculates an incorrect Z-offset. #354

Description

The z-offset value generated by the CALIBRATE_PROBE_Z_OFFSET macro is consistently too low (i.e. the nozzle is too high) 100% of the time. I always ensure the nozzle has adequate friction against the paper during the calibration, and to correctly save and apply the offset, only for the next print to begin above the print surface without fail. The generated value appears to be off by a consistent amount (approx. 0.365mm) from my observations. I was able to manually adjust and save the z-offset without issue, however I would really like to avoid the needing to do that every time I adjust the bed screws.

I am using a Neptune 4 Plus with the latest version of OpenNept4ne
