Fireedge do not refresh actions on VM state change

Description

When I poweroff a VM in fullViewMode, the action buttons are not refreshed and I can't resume the VM

To Reproduce

1. configure you account to be in fullViewMode
2. create a VM and wait for it to be started
3. click on the VM, the fullViewMode is displayed
4. poweroff the VM with VM state → poweroff
5. you can't resume the VM

Expected behavior

1. when the VM state change, the action buttons are refreshed
2. when I click on the refresh button in fullViewMode, the action buttons are refreshed
