Empty shell for new user on Debians #93
Description
A user USERNAME created by the contextualization, doesn't have shell set on Debians due to a bug in the passwd package (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=865762). New user should have the shell explicitly set.
