Detach NIC workarounds might trigger unnecessary recontext. #216
Description
Workarounds for NIC detach OpenNebula/one#4130 OpenNebula/one#4194 in udev rules trigger recontextualization even when non-OpenNebula related interfaces are changed (e.g., bridges). Workaround rules should be updated to work at least only on real (PCI) interfaces.
