Recontextualize on NIC detach #196
Description
On ONE versions before 5.10.2, the OpenNebula didn't refresh the contextualization CD-ROM and contextualization didn't happen. For service appliances, we need a workaround which triggers the recontextualization even when context content doesn't change to emulate the behaviour of running on new OpenNebula.s
