Improve macOS extensions compatibility.

In regards to my open source extensions:

• On Apple-Silicon-based, M-Series Macs, the compatibility is set to work with macOS 11.0, (Big Sur), or later.
• On 64-bit, x86-based, Intel Macs, the compatibility is set to work with macOS 10.13, (High Sierra), or later.

In regards to other people's extensions:

• NekoPresence is built for a minimum compatibility of macOS 10.10; it should also work on 10.13 onwards.
• GMSSimpleMIDI is not built for x86_64, so the features it provides NBS will not work on Intel Macs at all.

Extra notes for the pull request reviewer:

• This pull request does not solve the lack of Intel Mac support, but it does make macOS 11.0 or later work.
• We should ask the writer of GMSSimpleMIDI to add support for Intel Macs running macOS 10.13 or later.
