Commit efe43ef changed the initial instrument name text box ID to 70, but the instrument change detection was kept at 60.
and removed the F12 to player mode function
If you're using the correct Python version (which you're supposed to be), the script will try to delete the Python executable that's running it(!), which, understandably, fails.
also made all blue fluent icons able to change color
This reverts commit 1a4304d.
