Code error even on fresh install ("Empty JPEG image")

When you launch note block studio you get a code error with something about JPEG

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open note block studio

Note block studio opens normally

It implies you have a 0-width or 0-height wallpaper image, or the image contain DNL markers which the jpeg library underneath ONBS, libjpeg, does not support. It should work normally once you open the latest beta for the second time now as it automatically detects wallpaper errors and turns off the transparency effect.
