Movin apps to a new pane on the left doesn't work #576

Description
Moving an app to the left (or right) of the current set of panes creates a new pane.
This works when adding on the right, but adding a pane on the left only works until OpenLauncher is restarted. After that all the apps from the deleted leftmost pane are on the previously-left-most one, at the same position, i.e. possibly on top of other apps.
