Steps to Reproduce:

1. cd libfreenect2
2. mkdir build && cd build
3. cmake .. -DBUILD_STREAMER_RECORDER=ON
4. make

Actual Results:
Many lines saying error: ISO C++17 does not allow dynamic exception specifications.

Expected Results:
Build succeeding with no issues.
