Hello, when --trim_poly_x --poly_x_min_len 10 were set, it failed to trim some reads like, ATGCTGGCATCTCTCATTATCCCTTTGAAGTCTTCTCCAGCATAGACTATAAAATATTAAAATATTAGAAATTTTTTTGTTTGTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.
