New orders when subuser already exist + up/downgrade #9

Hello,
Just to let you know that When a sub-user created with his mail, the implementation fails.
It would be necessary to be able to delete the existing subusers with the mail of the orders in order to set up the new user.
The UP/downgrade option on the slots would be really useful.
I think this module is not / little used by developers hence the fact that it is not updated more regularly, also if you did not need to do it but you think you have a track on how do, I'd be interested in hearing about it.
