The bespokefit cookbook has been included see https://openfe--976.org.readthedocs.build/en/976/cookbook/bespoke_parameters.html. There seems to be an issue with the list rendering that should be fixed in the ExampleNoteBooks repo.

I have added some fixes for the rendering at OpenFreeEnergy/ExampleNotebooks#173 which should probably be merged first so we can check they look alright on this PR before merging.

@jthorton I confirmed that these fixes render correctly now with a local docs build, good to merge!
