Update OSGi Bundle Manifest so bundle can start

When you build the feign-form OSGi bundle it's searching for dependencies that aren't available in the OSGi container.

This can be resolved by adding the following lines in the pom for feign-form:

<Import-Package>
    !lombok,
    javax.inject;version=0.0.0,
    javax.annotation;version=0.0.0,
    *
</Import-Package>
```
