The VelInterpCubic flag supports using acceleration data to perform cubic interpolation of wind velocity with respect to time.
* SD: update of input files for COSMID and cross-section comments * SD: adding test for DirCos * SD: adding arbitrary section test (only one with NDIV=1), but not part of workflow
- The wind data was incorrect in previous version of the test case. - Updated notes on how to test - Reduced number of outputs for faster run time
