Velocity PSD from TurbSim

Dear all,

I have been trying to reproduce the velocity spectra plots from appendix G in the TurbSim's Guide, but so far, I haven't accomplished that. I have obtained the following plots from the streamwise velocity, which I get its values using the OpenFAST toolbox to read the .bts output file from TurbSim.

The results don't follow what I would expect, so I must be doing something wrong. Any insights on this would be appreciated.

Without knowing your TurbSim model set up, your results look reasonable to me. What do you feel is wrong with the results?

This is my set up in TurbSim, with RICH_NO set to 0:

I was not expecting the sharp drop of the spectrum at the higher frequencies, but on further inspection of the appendix G, it seems that that kind of dissipation is indeed expected. I wasn't properly understanding the information on the user guide.
