Why was the length scale in Profile Input File changed? #2693

Dear all,
I am using the USRVKM model in TurbSim to incorporate defined wind profile data. However, when I examine the sum file, I notice that the corresponding Length Scale parameter has been changed, even though I have reviewed the relevant definition section in the source code and have not found a possible cause. According to my calculations, the parameter should not have changed.
In fact, because I didn't get any measured data about this parameter, I referred to the IEC standard's formula for the turbulence length scale parameter to calculate it, specifying the part below 60m as 0.7*height. This seems different from the *0.7 at 150m height suggested in the code. Is this important?
