Support for GRAYSCALE_8 (3-bit) and GRAYSCALE_16 (4-bit) modes

Hi!

First off, thanks for the library! It’s been working great for my projects so far.

I was wondering if you’d consider adding support for a couple more grayscale modes? I’m currently using an Inkplate 10, which uses 8 levels of gray (GRAYSCALE_8 / 3-bit), and a Waveshare 6" HD screen that can handle 16 levels (GRAYSCALE_16 / 4-bit).

Having these available would make a huge difference in image quality on these specific displays.

I added GRAYSCALE_8 and GRAYSCALE_16, but can't verify/test them on actual hardware as I don't currently have those panels.

Cool! Do you plan to add it to the Javascript library or would it be better to switch my codebase to Python?

Currently, the Python version is more performant and up to date.
I plan on bringing the js code base to feature parity as well, but did not have the time to do that yet.
