Slice 4: runtime graphics diagnostics and stress mode
Description
Objective
Merge native platform/process facts with strict browser graphics evidence and bounded rendering/transport metrics, then provide a debug-authorized deterministic 1/6/12/24-terminal stress harness and in-app diagnostics surface.

Report accelerated/software/unknown/unavailable only from runtime evidence. Omit unsupported version/backend/adapter fields. Hosted compilation never proves physical GPU acceleration.

Acceptance criteria
- Native and frontend reports merge deterministically without guessed fields.
- Software renderer markers and conflicting/masked evidence classify correctly.
- Metrics retention and polling cadence are bounded.
- Stress spawning requires debug build plus startup environment authorization and accepts only fixed fixtures.
- Diagnostics UI preserves CSP/capabilities and hides unsupported rows.
- Repository, CI, stress, and physical evidence matrix is recorded with honest gaps.
- Every child task passes independent reviews.

Reason: Runtime graphics diagnostics and stress work follows the v0.0.1 macOS publication gate; PR #190 remains post-release with an unresolved startup-safety review finding.
