Fix cortexide command bar service type errors

Update cortexideCommandBarService patch to resolve TypeScript compilation errors.

The previous patch caused type errors by returning a void function as a fallback for mountVoidCommandBar and attempting to invoke it without checking for undefined. This update changes the fallback to return undefined and adds a null check before invocation.
