I can't find an IdentityController

4. The `/saml/sso_return` route is handled by `IdentityController::ssoReturnAction` that will assemble the saml response.

I can't find an IdentityController, but there is a src/Controller/SSOReturnController.php that seems to do what suggested here.

Maybe the docs are out of sync?
