When creating a new CSV mapper, when having an error, the "Create" button is disabled and not enabled once the error is fixed

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Create a new CSV Mapper with one Channel and no mapping
2. Click "Create"

Expected Output

Actual Output

Error is shown and the "Create" button is disabled. Even after adding the mandatory field mapping, the button is still disabled.
