Infinite upload when two platforms synchronize on each other.
Looks like we reupload and change the version each time we receive the file.
This situation leads to a infinite loop of upload

Repro case
On same platform
- Create a live stream to share with no filter - Start it
- Create a consumer listening for this live stream - Start it
- Create a report
- Upload a file in data
