Not possible to associate Sightings to a vulnerability since the "+" button is missing.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Go to a vulnerability
2. Click on SIghtings
3. Try to add a new sighting
4. The button + is missing

Expected Output

To be able to add a sighting to a vulnerability.

Actual Output

Nothing.
