[Documentation] - Update NASA cFS Documentation

Closes: #2028

Updating NASA cFS guide with v6.3.0. Notable changes include:

• Using Ubuntu 25.04 base image (22.10 no longer supported, had issues in docker build step)
• Network name change from openc3-cosmos-network to cosmos-project_default
• References to UI flow update
