- Adding a simulator which can simulate a periodic limit breach response when the TPP requests it - DomesticVrpApi has a new optional header: x-vrp-limit-breach-response-simulation which is used to control the simulator - Simulator support is added for payment API versions 3.1.8 and 3.1.9 Issue: ForgeCloud/ob-deploy#870
