Implement Testimonials section

We would like to add a section to the website with customer testimonials:

My hospital had under-billed $75K worth of procedural RVUs which took me 20 hours of manual chart review over the course of 6 months to recover. @jesicasusanto @dianzrong any thoughts on where this could go?

It might increase signal to noise for the user if we group testimonials per industry, but I'm not sure this fits in the current design.

Maybe for now since we only have one, a single section between the industries grid and the signup form, analogous to the "Achieve more with less effort." section.
