For docker build, a good option would be a flag to setup GNAT and other tools directly from the command line, so that the docker file could be reduced to the installation of distribution-specific packages.

Not a good idea, it is definitely better to separate installation of dependencies from compiling Ocarina

Finally we need this feature. Installation of GNAT Community Edition 2019 requires more than a simple download.
