[FEAT] Distance Sensor

The distance sensor is VL6180 Time-of-Flight (ToF) proximity sensor.

Based on @Mikefly123 suggestion:

1. Use Zephyr TCA to create a general reader to read the sensor data
2. Pass the data to Fprime
3. Write a Fprime component to do something with the data
