Settings for Classic Explorer 4.4.195 Load from xml. File not working

Describe the bug

The menu itself works perfectly, however, when I attempt to select the "Load from xml. File" option in the backups drop-down menu, it doesn't work. It simply shows loading for a split second before doing absolutely nothing.

Expected behavior

I expected it to open file explorer.
