Describe the bug

After applying the usual patch Tuesday patches on 5/13 for Windows 10 - OpenShell lags for around a second when clicking the start menu or hitting Win key, CPU spikes causing fan spin each time. Same system has been instant for a long time with no issues with OpenShell so assuming there's something in the latest patches which has messed with something

Running v4.4.195

Let me know if there's any debug I can provide
