Good day,
on https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu you can read

Temporary Translation/Language Solution
Download [language DLL](https://coddec.github.io/Classic-Shell/www.classicshell.net/translations/index.html)
Place it either in the Open-Shell's install folder or in the %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\OpenShell\Languages folder

but that link has at best the dll for V4.3.1, not 4.4.196?

They should be compatible.
Just some localized strings may be missing in settings (as we don't have localizations for newly added strings).
