This pull request introduces a new "Live Updates" section to the application, featuring filterable content types (Social Media, News, Media, Events) and a redesigned filtering UI. It also includes several UI/UX improvements and some code cleanup. The main changes are grouped below:

Live Updates Section and Filtering:
