Disable pagination next and prev buttons

Hello,

First of all, thanks for this amazing plugin! For the first time working with datatables is actually fun!

I would like to show the next and prev buttons of the pagination to be disabled instead of removed, to reduce the amount of pop-in and pop-out.

Am I correct when I say that this is currently not possible?
