User overrides do not appear in the final on-call schedule

I created a Global User override for a user who is going on vacation. The override was saved however the on-call schedule did not update with the changes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 - create override
2 - view on-call policy schedule

Expected behavior
On-call policy schedule shows the amended schedule, taking the override into consideration
