Augmentation API is returning empty steps between the actual steps for SeriousEats recipes

This looks to be a problem with our server-side.

WrapStar tester is returning the right steps, but it looks like Augmentation is inserting extra steps inbetween before sending it back down to the Clipper. This is not a client-side issue.
