Firefox Clipper opens a new tab on Windows 7 Professional SP1

Per customer report, on W7 Professional SP1, every time Firefox opens, the Clipper opens an extra "New Tab" page. Not sure why.

We have logic that opens a new tab on first install. It is possible that for whatever reason, on professional, it doesn't write to localStorage or something and it opens it every time, but the URL is blank?

Remember to update customer when we fix this
