[Bug] Tooltips are still turned off in Firefox

There was a rendering issue with the tooltips in FF and we couldn't figure it out. Worth revisiting.

today I released the v1.0.0-beta.2, v1 contains several fixes for problems that were present in v0.

You may want to try to upgrade the version you are currently using.
