Fixes #1131 - Region issue introduced in 17.4.0 This commit makes two changes: 1. Rename the ‘automatically select region’ defaults key, which will cause it to reset to true for everyone. 2. Be more aggressive about showing the region selection prompt to users if they have disabled location services
