Goal of the project: create a smart society using genetic algorithms

Plan:

	First Stage: Structuring the creatures (basic creature interactions)
	Second Stage: Map generation and basic creature interactions (figure out how to use graphics)
	Third Stage: Implementation of the genetic algorithm
