Closes part of #1604 (SDK README optimization — bring Node/Go/PHP READMEs up to Python SDK quality).

What changed

  • Added the closing "Why OilPriceAPI?" value-prop / pricing CTA block to the PHP SDK README, mirroring the Python, Node, and Go SDK READMEs:
    • "98% less cost than Bloomberg Terminal" value prop
    • Key Benefits list
    • Start Free / View Pricing / Read Docs CTA row (links to https://oilpriceapi.com/pricing)

Scope / notes

  • Docs-only. No source, code examples, or public API changed.
  • Badge row and the header pricing link were already present in this README — this PR only adds the missing closing pricing CTA to reach parity with the Python template.
  • Node and Go READMEs already contain the full badges + pricing CTA + "Why OilPriceAPI?" section, so no PR was needed for those two.

…604)

Adds the closing "Why OilPriceAPI?" value-prop / pricing CTA block that
the Python, Node, and Go SDK READMEs already carry (98%-less-than-Bloomberg
value prop + Start Free / View Pricing / Read Docs links). Docs-only; no
code or API surface changes. Badges and the header pricing link were
already present.

Poem

A rabbit hops through README's page,
Adding benefits line by line, an upgrade for the age,
"Start Free," it whispers, "Pricing's clear to see,"
Docs and links now bloom, as easy as can be. 🐰📄
