Embedder-segment quick start: TTF/JKM/EUA/bunker examples on the first README screen (+1.0 versioning)

2026-07-03 ICP: embedders = #1 paying vertical (32% of corporate MRR), and the EU-compliance cluster (ETS/FuelEU/CBAM buyers) is our most differentiated niche. Node already has the best segment support (typed helpers futures.ttfGas()/.lngJkm()/.euaCarbon()) — but quick-start examples are Brent/WTI-only.

1. Add a "beyond oil" quick-start block in the first screen: TTF, EUA carbon, VLSFO bunker, jet fuel (Go's futures code/slug table is the template)
2. Consider cutting 1.0.0 — the code quality doesn't deserve a 0.x instability signal for enterprise dependency evaluation

Same README treatment wanted for python-sdk (tracked in its repo context) — python buries LNG/EUA/bunker at line ~278.
