outlook event based addin is not working on mobile devices

Context

I am trying to create an outlook event-based addin that will set signature automatically on the launch of new compose message.

Possible solution (Extracted from existing issue, might be incorrect; please verify carefully)

Solution 1:

Event based activation for iOS is currently rolled out partially. We are closely monitoring the success of rollout, and if everything goes well, it will be available to 100% prod in iOS builds coming out in mid of Feb 2024.

Solution 2:

We are continuously working on improving the platform and as a part of this, investigating a security model that will also work on Mobile. There are no timelines for this, but for now there is no SSO support for add-ins on Mobile. We have created an internal tracking id for this and will update you when we have more information. Tracking id#4245902

Hi, thank you for reaching out. In order to debug further, could you please reproduce the issue and collect logs. Steps to collect logs is captured here - https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-js/wiki/Collecting-log-files-for-Outlook-Add%E2%80%90ins-issues and give the access to "exextoc".

Also, please share the platform details.
Is it OWA on Edge browser in Android and iOS mobile devices or Outlook app in Amdroid/iOS?

Hi @patilganesh-msft , i will give logs, but before that I want you to have a look at the manifest so that we can check if its ok. please give me any email so that I can share.
Also Yes its on android and IOS and works fine on desktop and windows
