accompanies OffchainLabs/nitro-testnode#30

  • new registerGateway function
  • the ROLLUP_OWNER env var passed to deployCreatorAndCreateTokenBridge.ts::setupTokenBridgeInLocalEnv is replaced by ROLLUP_OWNER_KEY

this should be squashed because of all the little '...' commits
